Inland Empire Professional Photographers Inc. is an organization founded and incorporated in 1990 under the laws of the State of California to promote the quality and welfare of the photographic profession, and to elevate the standards through education. The Code of Ethics maintains a high standard of personal and professional conduct. In all my dealings with users of photography and the general public I will:
1. Strive to present all photographic services in surroundings and in a manner which reflects the highest levels of professionalism.
2. Deal with all users of photography and the general public with honesty and integrity.
3. My fellow photographer’s names and reputation shall be as sacred to me as my own.
4. Not use any business procedures practices, marketing or competitive practices which violates any Federal trade Commission, or other Federal state, or local regulatory agency rule or regulation, or Federal, State or local statute or any decision of any Federal, State, Local statute or any decision of any Federal State or Local court and:
5. Strive at all times to produce photography and photographic services in accordance with the highest levels of professionalism.
6. In all dealings with fellow professionals photographers, students and others who aspire to be professional photographers I shall share the knowledge and skill of professional photography.
7. support efforts for and assist in the education of all interested persons and the general public in the art and science of professional photography. Each member agrees that interpretation of this code shall be determined by a two thirds vote of the officers and members of the board of directors of this Association. Each member of this Association agrees that violation of this code as determine by Article 2 Section 6 of the Association By Laws shall be cause for expulsion from the Association and cancellation of all rights and privileges appertaining there to.
