We have an exciting lineup of events planned for the evening. Get ready for a night filled with fun, laughter, and holiday cheer! Please use the form below to register and note that tickets are $25 per person.
One of the highlights of the party will be the unique and fun new People’s Choice Awards. This is your chance to recognize and celebrate the outstanding individuals in our group. Nominate your favorites and see who will take home the coveted awards.
But that’s not all! We will also be hosting raffles throughout the evening, giving you the opportunity to win some amazing prizes. From photography gear to gift vouchers, there’s something for everyone.
And let’s not forget about the food! We will have an amazing buffet from local Chilitos Mexican Grill. Make sure to come hungry!
To top it all off, we will be holding an awards ceremony to honor and recognize the achievements of our members. It’s a chance to applaud their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

People’s Choice Awards
We invite you to participate in the Peoples Choice Awards by submitting two of your most exceptional, merited images from our 2023 Image Competitions.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent and have your work recognized by your peers. All submitted images will be judged on the night of the holiday party, with everyone in attendance having the chance to cast their vote. The winners will be announced and awarded during the event. Good luck to all participants!
How to Enter
Please submit entries to troy@ieppv.com by December 12th. All images must first meet the following criteria before submission:
- Maximum two entries per person
- Entries must be merited images from 2023 IEPPV Image Competitions
- Entries must be sized according to IEPPV Image Competition standards (4000px longest side and must not exceed 5mb)
